Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the use of Stackat. If your organisation has signed an agreement with us, that agreement comes first.
Who provides Stackat
Stackat is provided by PROGREX SOFTWARE d.o.o., Šetalište 150. brigade Hrvatske vojske 8, 10147 Zagreb, Croatia (details in the legal notice). Stackat is for businesses; it is not offered to consumers.
Plans
- Open to organisations. Install the GitHub App on the repositories you choose; Stackat starts reading them once it is installed.
- A 14-day trial, then the free plan. A new organisation gets everything for 14 days. When the trial ends, Stackat carries on for free in one repository, with issues only (no pull requests, no audit evidence), unless you agree a price for Team.
- Public figures. The activity figures on our website (upgrade issues and pull requests opened, pull requests merged, upgrades completed and number of customers) are aggregate counts taken only from organisations on the free plan or a trial. They never include paying customers and never identify an organisation, repository or person.
- Nothing is billed automatically. Team is invoiced only once you have agreed a price with us. No card is needed, and you can stay on the free plan or remove the app at any time.
- Your choice of repositories. You decide which repositories the GitHub App may see, and you can remove it at any time. When you do, we stop and delete your organisation's data as described in the data processing terms.
Review before you act
Stackat reads release notes and your configuration and suggests what to change. Release notes are summarised with AI, and any suggestion can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing every issue, pull request and piece of upgrade advice before acting on it, and for your own testing, backups and change control.
Fair use
Use Stackat for your own organisation's engineering work. Do not try to break, overload or get around its security, use it to access repositories you are not entitled to, or resell it without our agreement.
No warranty, limited liability
Unless your agreement with us says otherwise, Stackat is provided "as is" and may change, contain errors or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Upgrade Feed Protocol
The public feed is not open yet. Once it is, its summaries are provided for information, under the access terms shown when you request a key. They are generated from public release notes and may be wrong; check the upstream release notes before relying on them.
Law
Croatian law applies. The courts in Zagreb have jurisdiction.
